It is mandatory to ensure that proper care is taken to ensure safety of your health as well as of your loved ones by following precautions like –Stay At Home, as social distancing is the only effective measure of containing this epidemic.This is truly an extraordinary time in all our lives. The world has not seen such uncertainty or fear in decades, if not centuries past. The spread is now worldwide and has been classified as a pandemic by the World Health Organization.

The world has taken a pause now, but we are continuing our services to you - The Owners of Space Station Township. In view of the various advisories issued by the Government of India as well as State Government of Telangana, though our onsite operations have been impacted, our dedicated teams like CRM, Banking, Sales & Marketing, Finance and all other operational and construction related teams have been instructed to Work from Home until further notice.
Also our 700+ strength of construction workers are on stand-by to restart the work and expedite construction at the earliest. Meanwhile, we are supporting their families with food and shelter in these desperate times.
However, to ensure as much assistance as possible for our esteemed customers even during such difficult times, our dedicated teams are available all the time on calls, Emails, WhatsApp, Messenger etc.
§ Our Customer Relationship Team, Customer Experience Team & Banking Team are highly charged up to resolve all customer queries about the flats, progress updates and home loan process. We are trying our best to complete the banking formalities without direct interaction with the customers by collecting documents through email and signs on necessary documents on scanned copies or through courier.
§ FMS team is ensuring preventive measures by sanitizing the common areas, restricting any outsider movement inside the building premises, closing kids play area and regular temperature check-up of residents and essential staff to quarantine people with fever or flu symptoms or those with history of recent foreign visit.
Ultimately, we know that Human Will & Effort shall prevail, as is becoming visible in governmental, social & scientific efforts throughout the world. While COVID-19 has spread rapidly across the world, nations & peoples world-wide have voluntarily taken steps to lockdown and isolate this disease and move towards limiting its effects. China has already started easing the restrictions of movement and work in their country. The United States has announced a massive funds injection into the economy to keep economic activity humming; else we all risk an economic disaster following the current medical upheaval. There is a spike in people using technology to continue with their lives while still in isolation. The world is rapidly finding answers to the new reality of working remotely while maintaining social distancing. People want that Life must Go On.
